From the moment I walked in the shop I felt at ease. I went with my sister and friend and was a bit nervous about trying on dresses as this was the first shop I'd tried (I'd had really good feedback from a few friends who had got their dresses from here) We were offered a glass of bubbly and was introduced to all the lovely girls there. I then chose a few different styles I liked and because I was unsure my sister and friend picked out a few. After trying on quite a few (however we never felt like we were being rushed) I found "MY DRESS" I love it so much. I went back the following week with my mum and Emma was amazing, helping with accessories etc but yet also letting me have time on my own with mum to talk. I cannot recommend The Bridal House enough, the staff are amazing, the dresses beautiful and the whole experience was lovely. I can't wait to go back when my dress is in. - JE, Hemel Hempsted

It is hard to put into words just how highly I recommend the bridal house. All the ladies who work there are polite, friendly and extremely accommodating and helpful. On my first appointment, I didn't know what to expect. Jenny made me feel at ease and very welcome. Not really knowing what I wanted she helped me pick a few more than I already selected to show me different styles and materials. Trying on the dresses was so magical, the bridal house has such a lovely atmosphere and it really added to the experience. I now am a very happy girly as I've found my dress and cannot wait to get back to the bridal house to try on and see everyone again. The Bridal Shop is a must for any bride planning a wedding. The Bridal House Aston Clinton..... Wow! Not only is it a beautiful little shop that stocks some of the most exquisite gowns and is staffed by a beautiful and truly dedicated team of ladies. We only decided to get married in October and set the date leaving little time for planning and having driven past the shop many times and been dress shopping with my friend to many other places for her wedding, I knew The Bridal House was right for me!
Nothing was ever too much for Emma and all the other lovely ladies and everything is always done with a smile! I ended buying my dress and all of my accessories from the shop and have since been back to order a box for my dress and wedding memories. Appointment times are fabulous with late evenings to fit around work for me.
I have loved every minute spent in the bridal house and would thoroughly recommend it to anybody wanting to look - it really is a must...I promise you won't need to look anywhere else but the bridal house - RG, Aston Clinton

I went wedding dress shopping last weekend on Sunday 5th feb and I had THE BEST shopping experience EVER!!
Your shop is beautiful and the service from all the staff was amazing! The bridal house was the first and only bridal shop I went to, as I found my dream wedding dress at your shop and I am thrilled to purchase it at your gorgeous shop!
Soon as I walked in the shop the staff approached me in a friendly manner and I felt they really put me first and gave me their full attention.
Emma was my personal shopper helping me to choose wedding dresses and helping me to get each one on. Emma was amazing!! She has excellent customer service and made me feel at ease instantly. My mum, dad and sister accompanied me on this lovely day (my dad was the only one willing to drive in the snow! So he came along for the girlie day) Emma made them feel welcome and they were offered drinks. There was such a huge choice of wedding dresses in the bridal house - I truly felt like a kid in a sweet shop :) Emma even reccommended some contacts for dress alterations. I cannot stop thinking about my beautiful wedding dress and want June to hurry up so I can see it and try it on again!! Thank u to Emma, Julie and all at the bridal house for making my shop experience a fab time. I would recommend the bridal house to EVERY bride! I didn't realise one of the biggest minefields was finding the dress but I would like to say thank you for making it such an enjoyable and memorable experience, never change!
I visited a few bridal shops before we found you and they do not even compare. From the moment we walked into your shop you were all so welcoming and friendly and put me at ease.
